HAMBURGER CROUTON HOT DISH 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 lg. onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1 box seasoned croutons
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 soup can milk

Spread uncooked, unseasoned hamburger on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Chop and simmer onion and celery in butter and water. Pour mixture over the croutons. Spread crouton mixture on top of hamburger. Mix soups and milk; pour over croutons. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
