RYE BOAT 
1 loaf unsliced rye bread (preferably round)
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped in sm. pieces (optional)

Mix all ingredients, except loaf of bread, together. (It's better to make this ahead of time, at least a day.)

Before serving, hollow out loaf of bread and cut into 1-inch cubes. Fill hollowed-out loaf with dip. Use cubes for dipping. Enjoy!
