RYE BOAT WITH DIP 
2 containers sour cream
2 sour cream containers of mayonnaise
2 (1/4 lb.) lean dry beef
Dehydrated minced onion
Pepper and garlic salt
Beaumonde seasoning
1 round rye bread with center removed
1 sm. rye for dipping purposes

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dry beef. Cover with top of mixture with minced onions and Beaumonde seasoning. Refrigerate prior to serving to let mixture firm.
