HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cans potato soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. onions
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed potato chips
Dash paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, sour cream, onions, salt, milk and pepper; stir until blended. Add thawed hash brown potatoes; mix well. Turn mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with potato chips and grated cheese and paprika on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours until brown on top. Serves 8-10 people.
