DRIED BEEF AND MACARONI
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. cheddar or sharp cheese
1/4 lb. dried beef, chipped
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom (or any cream) soup

Fold in 2 hard boiled eggs (optional). Let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
