OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. parsley (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. potatoes, cut in quarters with skin on

In shallow baking pan, blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Stir to keep potatoes covered with mixture. When potatoes are golden brown and tender, they are done.
