OVEN-ROASTED POTATOES | |
3/4 lb. cubed potatoes (raw) 1 c. diced onions 1/2 c. each diced red & green bell peppers 2 tsp. each vegetable oil & butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In 8"x8"x2" baking dish, combine all ingredients and toss to thoroughly combine. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender and golden, 40 to 45 minutes. |
