CORN PIE - PUDDING 
2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 ears corn nibblets

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Scald milk and butter until bubbles appear around edge. Beat eggs in large bowl, mix in corn, milk, salt and pepper; pour into casserole. Set casserole in larger pan of 1 inch deep boiling water. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
