POTATO SOUP | |
6 lg. potatoes 1 med. onion 3 stalks celery 3 carrots 3 cubes chicken bouillon 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 c. water 1 c. cubed ham Peel potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces; peel and dice onion. Cut celery and carrot into bite-size pieces. Place in crock pot with ham, bouillon cubes and water. Set on low and let cook all day. 6-8 hours later using potato masher, mash contents of crock pot. Add can of mushroom soup and mix in. Shut off crock pot, cover and let stand a few minutes. |
