CHEESE STRAWS 
1/2 lb. N.Y. state sharp cheese
1/3 lb. butter (1 1/3 sticks)
2 c. flour (plain)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of red pepper

Cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Cream butter in a small bowl. Then add butter to large bowl and cream together. Add flour, salt and red pepper to make not too stiff dough. Press through cookie press and bake in 350 degree preheated oven until light brown. Cut in desired lengths.
