TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 head lettuce
1 lg. tomato
1 can olives, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can garbonzo beans
1 lg. can kidney beans
Corn chips
Catalina dressing
Sour cream
Hot sauce

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning according to package instructions and cook; set aside to cool. Chop lettuce, tomato and olives and put in a large bowl. Add garbonzo and kidney beans (drained). Break corn chips and add to lettuce mixture. Add meat mixture and toss real good. Serve with Catalina dressing or hot sauce and sour cream.
