TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 6 oz can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c grated cheese
1 c cooked rice
1 c medium white sauce
1/4 c celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz cracker crumbs

Sauté onions and celery. Add all ingredients except cracker crumbs, and butter. Mix well and put into greased casserole dish. Melt butter and stir the crumbs together. Put on top of the casserole.

Bake in medium oven (350) for 20 minutes or until light brown.
