TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans water packed tuna (or 3 sm. cans)
1/2 bag lg. noodles (or 2 c. rice)
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
1 med. size onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can vegetables (peas or corn)

Boil noodles until soft; drain and place in casserole bowl. Drain all other ingredients and place everything into bowl with the noodles. Add soup last. Add about 1 can water, enough to make it the desired consistency. Bake in a 300 to 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour, then serve. As a variation, you can add potato chips (crumbled) or grated cheese before baking.
