ITALIAN EGG DROP COOKIES | |
6 eggs (lg.) 3/4 c. oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. sifted flour 6 tsp. baking powder Place first four ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute. Sift flour and baking powder together. Pour liquid mixture into flour mixture. Stir by hand until blended. Spoon on greased cookie sheet with teaspoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and frost. |
