GOOD EASY ROAST (CROCK-POT) 
Very, very tender!

3 to 5 lb. roast (any kind)
2 onions, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
carrots and potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 env. brown gravy mix (I add at end)

SUGGESTED SEASONINGS:

salt
black pepper
Cajun seasoning (Tony's)

Brown roast in pan on top of stove. Use black pepper and salt to season. Cajun seasonings work good too!

Peel and cut potatoes in fourths. Place in bottom of sprayed (Pam) or greased Crock-Pot. Peel carrots and cut into large pieces. Place with potatoes in bottom of Crock-Pot.

Place browned roast on top. Spread undiluted can of mushroom soup all over the top of roast covering as much possible. Don't add any liquid to this. It makes it own liquid.

Cook 10 hours on LOW.

At end of cooking I add a packet of brown gravy mix. Stir and serve!
