KIELBASA SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. kielbasa (sliced)
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
2/3 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
2/3 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup butter
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup milk
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large skillet sauté celery and onion in butter. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Stir until well blended. Add all other ingredients. Stir. Cover and reduce heat to medium low.

Cook for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender.

(Note: to speed up cooking time, carrots and potatoes can be boiled ahead of time.)

This recipe also does well in the crock pot but may need to add some flour for thickening.
