CINNAMON NUTS 
1 egg white
2 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix egg white and water together. Beat until slightly frothy. Add pecans and stir until coated and wet all over.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Toss wet pecans in this dry mixture to coat. Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 60 minutes until dry. Stir occasionally. When cool, store in cookie or candy tins.
