NON-DAIRY WHOLE WHEAT CINNAMON
RAISIN NUT COOKIES
 
1 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. whole cane sugar
1/4 c. canola oil
3/4 c. almonds or sunflower seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-2 tbsp. spring water
3 eggs, beaten

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, raisins, nuts and cinnamon; mix well. Add combined eggs, oil, molasses and spring water; mix well. Spoon onto well oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until done. Makes 2 dozen.
