8 pork chops
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Place pork chops in casserole dish. Combine ketchup, nutmeg, vinegar and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You may add hot stuff as desired when eating. Serves 8.
