DROP VANILLA COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. butter (1 1/3 c. for double batch)
Shake of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 big c. milk (coffee mug)
2-3 c. flour
2 heaping tsp. baking powder

Stir together sugar, egg, butter, salt and vanilla. Then add milk, flour and baking powder. To this mixture you can leave as is or add anything of your choice, raisins, chocolate chips, candied fruit, etc. Stir until you have a gob. Drop from teaspoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen.
