FILLETS IN LEMON BUTTER 
1 lb. sole fillets, or other firm white fish
3 tbsp. real butter
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 saltine crackers, crushed
Paprika

In a 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Arrange fillets. Melt butter in 2 cups dish, 1 minute on high. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and spoon over fish. Top with crumbs, then sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
