BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 (2 lb.) bags frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. diced onion
Salt & pepper

Mix together, put in greased 9"x13" pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
