1 white cake mix 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 2 tbsp. poppyseeds Prepare cake and bake according to package with extra ingredients. Frosting below. FROSTING: 1 c. shortening 3/4 c. flour 2/3 c. water less 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon 2 lbs. confectioners' sugar Cream butter and shortening. Add water with salt. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. |
