CORN BEEF, OKRA AND RICE 
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can corn beef
1 can of tomatoes
1 can cut okra
1 c. of rice

Saute onions and peppers in oil until tender. Then add 1 can of corn beef. Saute about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess oil. Then add 1 can of tomatoes. Simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Then add 1 can of okra. Let simmer 15 minutes. Serve over cooked dry rice.
