REBA'S RASPBERRY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pkg. frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add berries and lemon juice. When it begins to set, pour over cream cheese which has been cut in small chunks and rolled in nuts to make small balls, and arranged in bottom of a ring mold. When set unmold on lettuce leaves. Very pretty at Christmas. Serves 4-6.
