1/2 c. soft butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg or 2 egg yolks

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, slightly building up edges. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and egg yolks and drizzle over apples. Bake 25 more minutes.
