APPLE PIE FILLING 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
10 c. water

Combine all ingredients together and cook until thick. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Add 7 quarts raw apples sliced in jars. Pour liquid ingredients over apples and seal. Pressure 8 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Can be used for pies or cobblers.
