LISA'S FAJITAS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. chicken or beef
2 onions
2 green peppers
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. jar salsa
Sour cream
12-18 tortillas

Mix first 6 ingredients, add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour. Cut peppers and onions into chunks that can be skewered. Grill chicken, peppers, and onions. Heat tortillas according to package directions.

To fix the fajitas: Place chicken, peppers, and onions on center of a tortilla. Top with grated cheese and salsa. Sour cream can be placed along 1/2 edge of the tortilla, so that when it is rolled, the sour cream helps hold fajita closed.
