ALL PURPOSE AROMATIC HERB MIX 
2 c. coarse Kosher salt
1 lg. bulb garlic, peeled and halved
2 tbsp. ground white pepper
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 tbsp. paprika, Hungarian
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. fresh oregano

Mix all ingredients in blender. Use a carrot to push the garlic into the blades. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Good for broiled chicken, baked potatoes, meatloaf or many other foods. Use about 1/4 teaspoon or a pinch of dried herbs to 4 servings of food, 1 pound of meat or a pint of sauce.
