ANGEL FOOD CAKE WITH TOPPING 
1 envelope gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. water
6 oz. can lemonade concentrate frozen

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine all ingredients and cook in top of double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool. 1 sm. container whipped topping

Make lemon pudding according to directions on package. When cool, whip into above mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Serves 16-20.
