BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. lite cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt

Boil broccoli, drain and save liquid. Chop broccoli; melt butter and cook onion until soft. Blend in flour. Add to chicken broth and cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in 1 cup broccoli liquid, add cream, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Add broccoli. Heat to boiling. Stir in 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
