NANCY'S FANCY SAUCE 
1 gallon catsup
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
3/4 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. salad mustard
1 1/2 lbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. barbeque seasoning spice
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix all of the above ingredients. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Put in pint fruit jars and seal while hot.
