ZING WINGS 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
Vegetable oil
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. bottled hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks

Preheat broiler. Cut each chicken wing into 3 pieces at joint. Brush pieces lightly with oil to coat evenly. Arrange in single layer on rack in broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat, turn several times until crisp, approximately 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sauces. Add broiled wings and toss to coat well. Mix together blue cheese dressing and sour cream. Serve zing wings with cheese mixture and celery sticks.
