TORTELLINI SALAD 
4 oz. feta cheese
15 oz. pkg. frozen tortellini, cooked and chilled (1 1/2 c. cooked)
1/2 c. pitted black olives, halved
1 tomato, diced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried
1/3 c. olive oil
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Dash pepper

Cook pasta and drain well; rinse with cold water and chill. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing. Good served chilled or at room temperature. Makes 4 servings.
