MACARONI AND CHEESE DELUXE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
paprika

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse macaroni and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, butter, salt, pepper and shredded cheese; add macaroni and stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8 people.
