“PASTA WITH BLACK OLIVE SAUCE” IS IN:

PASTA WITH BLACK OLIVE SAUCE 
1 lb. ziti (or other) pasta, cooked
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1/2 pound black oil-cured olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
1 small (2-ounce) can anchovies, drained and mashed
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 pound dry ziti pasta
1/2 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

In a skillet, heat olive oil and whole garlic cloves, turning until garlic is lightly toasted on both sides. Mash the softened garlic into the olive oil using a fork. Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water according to package directions; drain. Mix in skillet with the cooked sauce in skillet until pasta is well coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
