1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. green pepper
1 lb. smoked sausage
3/4 c. Minute Rice
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. Brooks Chili Hot Beans

Saute in oil onions, celery and green peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until rice is cooked. Stir occasionally.
