BEEF SHISH-KA-BOBS 
3-4 lbs. beef (sirloin)
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 pt. fresh mushrooms
2-3 lg. onions
2 bell peppers

MARINADE:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger

Mix marinade ingredients. Cut beef into cubes. Pour marinade over beef in airtight container. Place in refrigerator for 4-24 hours. (The longer, the better.)

If using wooden skewers, soak a few minutes in water before using. Alternate beef with vegetables. Grill until done.

HINT: Smaller cubes cook faster and absorb the marinade better.
