BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. olives
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. blue cheese dressing

Cook broccoli until crisp tender. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients. Keeps well in refrigerator up to two days.
