MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped corn
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Place popcorn in large microwave-safe bowl. In another 2-quart bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high. Once the mixture starts to boil, cook 3 additional minutes. Add the soda and stir. Add to popcorn and stir well. Put back into the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds to coat. Stir well to coat evenly after finished.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
