MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. horseradish
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Put bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Brush mayonnaise mixture on chicken and shake to coat one piece at a time. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (The mustard and horseradish may be omitted to suit your taste.)
