MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs

Brush chicken on all sides with Hellmann's. Place Progresso Italian style bread crumbs in a large plastic bag. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Serves 4 to 6.

TOMATO variation: Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion to Progresso bread crumbs and 1/4 cup catsup to Hellmann's. Proceed as above.

MUSTARD variation: Add 2 tablespoons prepared mustard and 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained, to Hellmann's. Proceed as above.
