VEGETABLE MELANGE 
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except the Parmesan and bread crumbs. Put all in a casserole dish. Top with the Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
