MEXICAN HOT CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 pkg. Doritos
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Boil chicken until done and debone. Put in large baking dish (9x9 doesn't have to be too deep) and cover with Doritos. Put diced onion in skillet and cook until clear. Add soups, tomatoes and cheese. After cheese is melted and all is mixed together. Pour over chicken and Doritos. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
