HOT MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 10 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. Pour 1/2 cup taco sauce into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Arrange 6 corn tortillas over sauce to cover bottom. Pour another 1/2 cup taco sauce evenly over tortillas. Spoon beef mixture over tortillas. Top with 8 ounces of dairy sour cream. Sprinkle 1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese over meat. Arrange 6 more corn tortillas over cheese. Spread with 1 cup taco sauce. Top with another 1/2 pound shredded cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes.
