MEXICAN HOT PUPS | |
1 lb. wieners, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. Crisco or butter 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. ketchup 1 c. celery, finely chopped 1/2 c. water Brown onions in grease. Remove from heat and blend in all other ingredients except cheese. Cook 20-30 minutes until celery is tender. Add cheese and heat until melted. Place filling inside wiener buns and wrap securely in foil. Heat at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
