EASY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in strips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked noodles or rice

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream, and paprika. Cover. Cook over low heat 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir often. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
