ED'S HUSKER DRY RUB SEASONING | |
Best used on pork. But it is also good on beef and poultry! 3/4 cup brown sugar 4 tbsp. paprika 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. onion powder 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. ground cumin 2 tbsp. cayenne powder 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tbsp. thyme 1/2 tbsp. oregano 1/2 tbsp. basil Mix all ingredients and store in clean 1-quart Mason jar (with lid). HOW TO USE: Apply rub generously on both sides of meat and let sit for 6 to 12 hours in refrigerator then grill for best results. Submitted by: ED |
