DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef (I use Armour Star)
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 to 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)

Remove cream cheese from refrigerator ahead of time to soften.

Chop up dried beef and green onions and mix 1/2 with all other ingredients. Form a ball, then roll the ball in the other 1/2 of dried beef and green onions.

Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a few hours.

Serve with crackers / pretzels / celery.
