SPAGHETTI PIE | |
1 lb. cooked spaghetti 2 eggs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 stick butter, melted 1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. diced onion, optional 1 med. jar tomato sauce 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese Place cooked spaghetti in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Combine and pour over noodles: eggs, half the cheeses, and butter. Brown ground beef and onions; pour on top of spaghetti. Cover with tomato sauce and other half of cheeses. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
